Blogging in the U.S.

"History is a guide to navigation in perilous times. History is who we are and why we are the way we are." -David C. McCullough
That is a quote from Mr. McCullough's history blog. He uses his blog to post podcast and studycast. In his podcast students can watch (and hear) interviews about a specific topic via the Internet or I-tunes. In his studycast Mr. McCullough gives reviews for his upcoming exams. You can check out Mr. McCullough's website click here.
Ms. Sakai, of Tampa Florida, urges her kids to be more international and creative through blogging. She encourages her kids to post their writing on the blog and also ask that people who check out her blog to say who they are and where they are from so that the kids will have more knowledge about the rest of the world, and global communications. Hello. Saw that your blog has a link to my blog and just wanted let you know that the Speaking of History blog is maintained by Eric Langhorst. David McCullough is an author and I have used his quote about history on the top of my classroom page. Thanks.
